Retreat Reservations

We accept Master-card, Visa, and American Express.

Retreat Rates: Call: 1-877-800-8277 for current pricing and availability. The total price includes an all inclusive 4 week Natural Healing Retreat. The current price includes all transportation, sleeping quarters, food services, gym membership, workshops, and all other indoor and outdoors retreat activities.

Reservation Deposits and Refund Policy

Reservation Deposit: Guests are required to secure their reservation with a 12% Reservation Deposit.

Refund Policy: The Initial 12% Reservation Deposit is Non-Refundable. However, it can be credited towards a future reservation anytime a bed is available.

By booking a Reservation and making your Initial 12% Reservation Deposit, you acknowledge having read and understand the cancellation and refund policy as detailed above.

Final Payment and Cancellation Policy

Final Payments: The Final Payment is due 1 week prior to the reservation start date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on final payments or no shows are fully refunded. However, cancellations include a 10% handling charge. If a guest does not arrive on his/her scheduled start date, that particular reservation is considered a cancellation and becomes available. All refunds are paid to the payee within 12 days from the cancellation or departure date.

Early Departure Refund Policy: Guests who depart early get a pro-rated refund based on the number of FULL weeks not in attendance. e.g. if you plan on attending the retreat for 28 days and leave at the beginning of your second week (based on your start date) you will be fully charged for the second week and refunded for the number of FULL weeks not in attendance. Early departures also include a 10% handling charge.

By booking a Reservation and making your final payment, you acknowledge having read and understand the cancellation and refund policy as detailed above.

Guest Transportation

Guest Arrivals: Transportation is provided from Albany International Airport (Please provide us with you flight itinerary in order to make pick up arraignments). If you are renting a vehicle at Albany International Airport, we are about a 2 hour drive NW of Albany.

Guest Departures Transportation is provided to Albany International Airport for your return flight home. Please provide your flight itinerary 48 hours in advance of your departure to avoid transportation complications.

Guest Supply List

Everyone will need to bring clothing and if possible a towel and toiletries. Apart from the usual items people pack when traveling, feel free to bring any items that will make your visit more personal.

• Toiletries and Personal Care Items
• Outerwear (i.e. hats, coats, jackets, gloves, etc...)
• Hat and/or Sun Glasses (for sun and wind protection)
• Slippers
• Binoculars (For hiking and scenic views)
• Camera
• Personal Journal
• Favorite Books and Magazines
• An Alarm Clock
• Bathing Suit for Swimming (Summer Only)
• Extra Towel and/or Beach Towels (Summer Only)
• Personal Spending Money (Great for shopping, gift shops, or additional activities)
• Musical Instruments, Guitars, Hand Drums, or Your Favorite Instrument
• Personal Computer or Laptop, Headphones, Radio, or Cell Phone

House Conduct and Guidelines

• No illegal possessions or activities are permitted.
• Refrain from alcohol and drugs use while attending the retreat.
• Avoid verbal abuse, name calling, nagging, criticizing or any other disrespectful behaviors.
• Keep your personal areas clean.
• No evangelism.
• Respect others beliefs and free choices.
• Be quiet while others are sleeping, napping, reading, or meditating.
• Never invade other people's space.
• Never attempt to control, manipulate, exploit or harm others; respect their existence just as you would expect them to respect yours.
